Our aim at 3 Way Physio is to reward clients who come to see our amazing practitioners when a problem occurs. These rewards can come in many shapes and sizes, and here is where we will let you know all about what is currently on offer.
3 Way Physio Loyalty Card
Our loyalty card sheme has been created to show our appreciation to our self funding clients by rewarding you everytime you visit for treatment. Everytime you attend the clinic for treatment your card will be stamped. When you get your 10th stamp you will receive 50% OFF treatment.
Collect your card from reception next time you have a session at the centre.
Loyalty Card Terms and Conditions:
Our Loyalty Card is our way to show our appreciation for your loyalty by rewarding you every time you visit. It is not a credit card, charge card or debit card. Each Card User must only use the Card in accordance with the Scheme rules.
By using the card you accept the following terms and conditions:
- The Loyalty Card, and it’s use, is only applicable for clients funding treatment themselves, and exludes treatments funded by insurance companies and the NHS.
- The card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions unless they are specified as being part of The Rewards Club scheme.
- The card must be presented & stamped at the time of the treatment session.
- Stamps cannot be exchanged for cash.
- We reserve the right to exclude certain treatments from the Loyalty Card scheme.
- Stock items, such as exercise band, are not included in this scheme.
- A maximum of one stamp can be collected in any one self funding treatment.
- The Loyalty Card remains the property of 3 Way Physiotherapy.
- 3 Way Physiotherapy reserves the right to amend or withdraw the card and or scheme without any notification.
- Information will be held on our database but will not be accessible to any other third parties in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
- Each Card is personal to the Cardholder or relevant Card User to whom it is issued and neither the Card nor the stamps can be used by or transferred to any other person.
- 3 Way Physiotherapy will not be liable for any costs or losses which arise in connection with the programme being cancelled or amended.
- Copies of the card, or stamps that are not those from the official stamps, will not be accepted.
